Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to launch miraculous bid for ex England centre back Sol Campbell to solve his defensive frailties. Despite training with his ex team Arsenal, the 35 year rock at the back has been linked with various clubs including ex clubs Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth. After leaving only weeks into his five year contract with league two side Notts County, Campbell has been realised by the club and could seek a move in the January transfer window.United, who were forced to field two mid-fielders in defence in their previous two games, are without seven of their first choice defenders due to Colin Kaepernick Jersey injury. United are investigating how quickly they can sign the ex England ace. If Campbell signed for the champions, Campbell could two of his former clubs within two months as the red devils play the Gunners on January 31st and Pompey on February 6th.
