Stoke have taken Charlton and Senegal midfielder Amdy Faye on trial and a 1 million deal is reported to be on the cards. Faye will feature in tonights friendly against Spanish side Osasuna. The 31 year old joined Charlton from Newcastle a year ago and made 29 appearances for the Addicks scoring one goal. Larnel Coleman Jersey He also had a spell on loan at Scottish giants Rangers last year and featured in the Champions League. Faye has also had spells at Auxerre and Portsmouth. He has played 18 times for his country. Faye is the third player the Potters have had on trial this Summer, following Thomas Sorensen who went on to sign for the club and John Oster who the club recently ended their interest in. The Potters have also been linked with Amdys namesake and compatriot Abdoulaye Faye.
